Salted Nut Roll
1 -16 ounce jar peanuts
3 tbsp butter
1 can Eagle-brand condensed milk
Half -10 ounce package mini marshmallows
In a large mixing bowl, melt in microwave the peanut butter chips and butter. Stir in can of Eagle Brand milk and marshmallows (I used pastel marshmallows because I was out of the white ones—it makes me think of the Easter Bunny for some reason!). Microwave one minute until marshmallows are soft but still whole. Grease with butter 9×13 pan. Place half of peanuts evenly across bottom of pan. Spread marshmallow mixture over this. Place other half of peanuts across top. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
